DATE ALMOND BARS

These are drool-worthy and so easy to make yourself! There are only a few ingredients and simple steps. If you like scotcheroos (peanut butter krispies) I promise you will love these. Please let me know what you think if you try them!! All you need is:


  • 1 cup dates

  • 1 cup almonds

  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate

  • 1/2 cup almond butter

  • 2tbsp coconut oil



1. Grind almonds and dates until fine (they should also kind of stick together).

2. Press into a lined loaf pan and freeze for 15 min.

3. Melt chocolate, almond butter, and coconut oil in a bowl by microwaving for 1 min, stirring every 20s.

4. Pour over the almond date layer and freeze for an hour.

5. ENJOY!!


*Store in an airtight container in the fridge (or freezer to last longer!)
